PlaceMakers Inc. is now an affiliate of The ReUse People and is authorized to provide donation receipts for up to $5,000 in value. If you have a donation valued at over $5,000, please send us an email.
All donation items must be sellable and in good condition (no major scratches, breaks, chips, rust, electrical issues, etc). Approval of donations is at PlaceMakers Inc.’s discretion. For donation acceptance, please email photos, dimensions and model #’s (if appliances) to: inventory@sandbox.placemakersinc.com. We will respond within 48 hours and if approved we will set an appointment time for drop off.
Pickup and deconstruction services, if needed, are available
for a fee

- 1 – Doors in jambs – French/Exterior/Interior
- 2 – Casement windows in jambs
- 3 – Bathroom vanities
- 4 – Sinks – corner/pedestal/kitchen
- 5 – Bathtubs
- 6 – Appliances less than 8 yrs old
- 7 – Dimensional lumber, plywood 4×8 sheets, large lots of casing or siding
- 8 – New flooring (unused – 150 s.f. minimum)
- 9 – Landscape items
- 10 – Garden elements
- 11 – Fireplace mantels/surrounds
- 12 – Light fixtures – sconces/chandeliers

- Furniture – mattresses, cribs, entertainment units, fabric covered items, tables/chairs, etc
- Hollow core doors
- Appliances over 8 yrs old
- Household items (dishes, art)
- Small appliances (blenders, toasters)
- Aluminum windows
- Toilets
- Insulation
- Partial boxes of tile
- Wood – partial plywood sheets, small trim boards, painted/graffitti/nails
- Used flooring
- Light fixtures – fluorescent, outdated wiring
- Paints or hazardous materials
